- Have an email you can access for the magic link
After payment
- Open the magic link in your email to reach the order page
- Complete awaiting info (credentials / schedule) only on the site — never in public Discord
- Watch the timeline for claim, progress, and delivery
- Download the evidence pack when milestones are uploaded
Contact support
Use “Contact support” on the order page so the ticket stays linked to your order ID. Include order number, what you expected, and screenshots. First-response SLA is published in Discord #status when ops coverage is configured.
