These Terms govern your use of Novaxcarry (the “Service”). By placing an order or creating an account via magic link you agree to these Terms and our Refund and Privacy policies.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with the game publisher’s rules for your account. You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing boosting or related services is allowed for your account and region.
2. Orders and pricing
- Prices and ETA shown at checkout are based on your configuration and are snapshotted on the order
- We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent, abusive, or incomplete
- Promotions and coupons are subject to published rules (including first-order limits)
3. Account credentials
When a service requires login, you provide credentials through the post-payment vault flow. You represent that you own or control the account. Sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties outside our vault is at your risk.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse support, payment, or referral systems
- Do not attempt to access other users’ orders, vault data, or admin tools
- Do not use the Service for illegal activity
5. Disclaimers
Novaxcarry is independent and not affiliated with game publishers. Publisher actions (bans, resets, ToS changes) are outside our control. Risk labels on services are informational, not guarantees.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including account penalties imposed by publishers.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
