These Terms govern your use of Novaxcarry (the “Service”), operated by NOVA LAB COMPANY LIMITED, 1st Floor, 202 Le Lai, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam (business registration no. 0316888783). By placing an order or creating an account via magic link you agree to these Terms and our Refund, Privacy and Account Risk policies.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with the game publisher’s rules for your account. You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing carry, progression, or related services (including services where a PRO plays on your account) is allowed for your account and region.
2. Orders and pricing
- Prices and ETA shown at checkout are based on your configuration and are snapshotted on the order
- We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent, abusive, or incomplete
- Promotions and coupons are subject to published rules (including first-order limits)
3. Payments
- Prices are set in US dollars; other currencies shown on the site are estimates for your convenience
- You pay the total shown at checkout before work starts. Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers on their own secure pages — we never see or store your full card number
- Payment-method discounts and store credit are applied before you pay and are listed in the order breakdown
4. Delivery
- All services are digital and delivered online — nothing is shipped
- The delivery time shown before payment is the usual window for your options, counted from when a PRO starts your order
- Coaching takes place in a scheduled live session; carries and progression are played in-game, together with you (play-along) or on your account if you chose hands-off; in-game currency and items are handed over by in-game trade
- Your order page shows the timeline, chat and screenshots at milestones. When the work is done you confirm delivery; if you take no action, the order completes automatically after the period shown on the order page
5. Account credentials
When a service requires login, you provide credentials through the post-payment vault flow. You represent that you own or control the account. Sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties outside our vault is at your risk. Hands-off services carry the risks described in the Account Risk Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse support, payment, or referral systems
- Do not attempt to access other users’ orders, vault data, or admin tools
- Do not use the Service for illegal activity
7. Disclaimers
Novaxcarry is independent and not affiliated with game publishers. Publisher actions (bans, resets, ToS changes) are outside our control. Risk labels on services are informational, not guarantees.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including account penalties imposed by publishers.
9. Cancellation and termination
Before a PRO starts your order you can cancel it yourself with Cancel order on the order page, for a full refund to your original payment method. After a PRO has started, use Request a refund on the order page; our team decides under the Refund Policy. Crypto refunds need a wallet address from you. You can close your account at any time from support. We may suspend or end access to the Service for fraud, chargeback abuse or breaches of these Terms; paid orders are then handled under the Refund Policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Viet Nam. Before any formal step, contact support so we can try to resolve the issue; most problems are settled from the order page within a few days. Disputes that cannot be settled this way are subject to the competent courts of Viet Nam, unless the consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
