This policy explains the risks of hands-off services (a PRO plays on your account) and what we do about them. It forms part of our Terms. Please read it before you confirm a hands-off order.
What hands-off means
A verified PRO logs into your game account through our encrypted vault and completes the work you ordered. Play-along and coaching never need your login; in-game currency and items are handed over by trade.
The publisher's rules
Most game publishers' terms forbid account sharing and paid progression. Penalties range from removed progress or items to temporary or permanent bans. These rules can change without notice, and enforcement is the publisher's decision, not ours. Where play-along is offered for the service you want, it carries less risk than hands-off.
What we do to reduce the risk
- Your login goes into an encrypted vault, never into chat, email or Discord
- Only the PRO assigned to your order can open it, one field at a time, for a limited time; every reveal is logged and shown to you
- Credentials are deleted shortly after the order closes
- PROs work by hand: no bots, scripts, exploits or third-party software
- You follow progress on the order page and can stop the order at any time through support
What we cannot promise
No service can make account sharing safe from publisher action. We do not promise that your account will not be flagged, restricted or banned, and we cannot restore an account the publisher has closed.
If the publisher acts on your account
- Tell us from the order page or by email as soon as you can
- We review the order log, the vault access log and the evidence
- Refunds follow the Refund Policy: a penalty caused by a documented failure of our process is refunded; a penalty for account sharing itself is not
- Repeated or severe penalties linked to one PRO take that PRO off hands-off work
Your choices
Choose play-along where it exists, use a secondary account where the game allows it, remove payment methods and personal data from the account before a hands-off order, and change your password after delivery. You confirm this policy with a checkbox at checkout for every hands-off order.
