This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued. Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in order and account restrictions.
Eligible situations
- Payment succeeded but the order never entered fulfillment due to our failure
- Service not delivered as described after we mark delivered, with evidence supporting your claim
- Duplicate charge for the same order configuration
- Cancellation before a PRO claims the order, when no work has started (full refund)
Partial refunds
If substantial work is already completed (progress %, evidence milestones), refunds may be partial proportional to unfinished scope. Goodwill adjustments are reviewed and decided by our team.
Not typically refundable
- Change of mind after your PRO has claimed the order and started
- Publisher bans or penalties unrelated to our documented process failures
- Wrong options selected by the customer when the configurator showed the choice clearly
- Delays within the stated ETA window
How to request
Before a PRO starts your order, use Cancel order on the order page: the order is cancelled at once, the full amount goes back to your original payment method and any store credit used is restored. After a PRO has started, use Request a refund on the order page with the reason and any evidence; our team reviews it and you see the decision on the order page.
- Card refunds usually show within 5–10 business days, PayPal within 3–5, other payment methods within 3–10
- Crypto payments are refunded to a wallet address you give us when you cancel or request: the approved USD amount in the coin you paid with, at the rate on the day we send it, with the network fee deducted. Arrival depends on network confirmations
