Is my account safe?
Credentials go into an encrypted vault, shown only to the assigned booster while the order is active, then deleted on a short retention schedule. Staff never ask for passwords on Discord.
Do I need an account password?
No. After payment you receive a magic link by email to open your order. Customers do not need a password.
How do payments work?
Phase 1 supports crypto (and a mock provider in staging). Card and PayPal arrive later via the same payment adapter — the checkout flow does not change.
What if something goes wrong?
Every order keeps a timeline, chat log, and evidence pack. Open support from the order page; refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Can I cancel after paying?
Before a booster claims the order, cancellation and refund eligibility are higher. After work starts, partial or goodwill refunds follow the Refund Policy and evidence on file.
Do you sell publisher-banned cheats?
No. We sell services and items as described on each product page. Risk tiers are shown so you can choose consciously.
