Is my account safe?
Credentials go into an encrypted vault, shown only to the assigned PRO while the order is active, then deleted on a short retention schedule. Staff never ask for passwords on Discord.
Do I need an account password?
No. After payment you receive a magic link by email to open your order. Customers do not need a password.
How do payments work?
Checkout shows every payment method available for your order and country, together with any payment-method discount. Today that is crypto; card and local methods appear as soon as a provider is live for your country.
What if something goes wrong?
Every order keeps a timeline, chat log, and evidence pack. Open support from the order page; refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Can I cancel after paying?
Yes. Before a PRO picks up your order, use Cancel order on the order page for a full refund to your original payment method. After a PRO has started, use Request a refund there instead: our team refunds the unfinished share of the work under the Refund Policy, based on progress and evidence on file.
Do you sell publisher-banned cheats?
No. We sell services and items as described on each product page. Risk tiers are shown so you can choose consciously.
