About AION 2
Which servers are covered?
The global North America and Europe servers. Pick your region in the options and name your server after payment.
Can I play while you level my character?
Choose play-along and a PRO runs the content with you, or the Play-Along PRO by the hour. Hands-off leveling is faster but needs your login in the encrypted vault.
How is Kinah delivered?
Through the Auction House: you list an agreed item and we buy it. Buying Kinah is against NCSOFT's rules, so the account risk is yours.
Do I have to share my login?
Only for hands-off orders. Play-along orders, coaching and currency never need your password. For hands-off, your login goes into the encrypted vault on your order page, only the assigned PRO can open it while the order is active, and it is deleted after delivery.

How is Kinah delivered?
After payment you name your server and character and list an agreed item on the Auction House; we buy it for the amount you ordered.
Nightmare Bosses
Can I order several different bosses?
Yes. Set the number of kills, pick "Any" and list the bosses in the order chat; each kill is priced the same.
Do I keep the drops?
Everything that drops for your character stays with you, along with the shop currency from each kill.
Pet, Genus & Combat Power
Which Combat Power step should I pick?
The step that starts at or just below your current Combat Power. For a bigger jump, order the steps one after another.
Is a pet order for one pet?
Yes, each pet choice covers one pet. For more pets, place the order again or ask in the order chat for a combined quote.
