About Final Fantasy XIV
Which data centres do you play on?
North America, Europe, Oceania and Japan. Pick your data centre in the options; for play-along raids you join the party from your own world.
What does a Savage loot run mean?
The whole group passes the loot to you, so you get the gear from every boss you clear that week — not just a clear for the achievement.
How is gil delivered?
By trade in person or through the Market Board, after you name your world and character. Buying gil is against Square Enix's rules, so the account risk is yours.
Do I have to share my login?
Only for hands-off orders. Play-along orders, coaching and currency never need your password. For hands-off, your login goes into the encrypted vault on your order page, only the assigned PRO can open it while the order is active, and it is deleted after delivery.
Gil
How is gil delivered?
After payment you name your world and character. We trade in person, or buy an item you list on the Market Board — the order page explains each step.
Alliance & Chaotic Raids
Do I need to unlock the raid first?
Yes, the duty has to be unlocked on your character. If it is not, tell us after checkout and we confirm whether the unlock quests can be added before the run is booked.
Is the loot mine?
Everything that drops for your character is yours. For the alliance raids and the Chaotic fight, coffers are rolled as usual in the game, so a given item is not guaranteed.
Relic Weapons & Armor
Do I need the zone or quest unlocked?
The relic quest line and its zone have to be open on your character. If something is missing, tell us after checkout and we confirm what can be added before work starts.
Can you do several steps in one order?
Each choice is one step or one line as labelled. For more steps, choose the last one you want or place one order per step; the order page lists the progress after each session.
