How do I contact support?
About an order: use “Need help with this order?” on the order page — the ticket is linked to your order automatically.
Anything else: use Contact support in the Help Center. If our Discord is linked in the footer, you can also open a ticket there.
How fast does support reply?
Every ticket shows the expected first reply time. You get an email when Support replies to a website ticket.
Can I get help on Discord?
Yes, if our Discord is linked in the footer — open a private ticket there. It goes to the same support team; link your Discord in your account so we can see your orders.
Credentials, refunds and PRO changes still happen on the website, where everything is logged.
Why link my Discord account?
Linking lets Support match your Discord ticket to your orders, and unlocks the Verified Customer role. You can unlink any time from your account.
Someone on Discord says they are Novaxcarry staff
Real staff have a coloured Support/Admin badge on our server and never DM first or ask for passwords or payments. Report the account and block it.
