Account safety & credentials

How to share a login safely, 2FA codes and what we never ask for.

What is the Account Risk Policy?

Hands-off orders mean a PRO logs into your account. The Account Risk Policy explains the publisher rules, what our vault does and what happens if your account is penalised.

Read it at novaxcarry.com/account-risk/ before you tick the box at checkout.

How do I share my login safely?

Use the secure vault on your order page. It is encrypted, only your assigned PRO can open it, and every access is logged.

Never send passwords in order chat, tickets, email or Discord — we remove messages that look like a password.

My PRO needs a 2FA / Steam Guard code

Add the current code (or backup code) in the vault on your order page — your PRO sees it there. Codes expire quickly, so add them when asked.

For play-along and coaching services no code is needed.

What will Novaxcarry never ask me for?
  • Your password by email, chat, ticket or Discord DM
  • Payment outside the website
  • Staff never DM you first on Discord — report anyone who does.
When are my credentials deleted?

Automatically a few days after the order is closed. You can also delete them from the vault yourself once the work is done.

What do the risk levels mean?

Each service shows low, medium or high risk. Medium and high usually mean a PRO plays on your account (hands-off) or long unattended sessions. Play-along options keep you in control.

Still need help?

  • About an order: open “Need help with this order?” on the order page — it's linked automatically.
  • Anything else: contact support after signing in with your email.
