About Diablo IV
Is this for the current season?
Yes — Season 15, Hell's Legacy, on Softcore or Hardcore, plus the Eternal realm where an option says so.
What does a Pit push unlock?
Clearing a Pit tier unlocks the matching Torment difficulty: Pit 10 opens Torment I, Pit 100 opens Torment XII. The target you pick shows which Torment it unlocks.
How is gold delivered?
By in-game trade to the character you name, split over several trades for large amounts.
Do I have to share my login?
Only for hands-off orders. Play-along orders, coaching and currency never need your password. For hands-off, your login goes into the encrypted vault on your order page, only the assigned PRO can open it while the order is active, and it is deleted after delivery.
Gold (Season 15)
How is gold delivered?
A PRO meets your character in town and trades the gold in several trades if needed. Hardcore and Eternal gold is available on request through support.
Resource Farming
Can I choose the exact gem, prism or splinter type?
Yes. Pick the resource and amount here, then write the exact type (for example the gem colour or the splinter name) in the order notes. The PRO farms that one.
Where do the materials end up?
They are farmed on your own character, so they land in your materials tab or stash. Everything else that drops on the way stays with you too.
Talismans, Runes & Codex
How do I tell you which charm, rune or aspect I need?
Choose the item type here and name the exact charm, rune, runeword or aspect in the order notes. If you are unsure, the PRO can suggest what fits your build.
Why is Hardcore so much more?
On Hardcore a death ends the character, so the PRO plays far more carefully and the farm takes several times longer.
Endgame Activities
What do I need before ordering?
A level 70 character with Torment I unlocked covers most activities. Echoing Hatred and the Horadrim questline also need the latest expansion on the account.
Do I keep the loot?
Yes. Every item, material and bit of gold from the runs stays on your character, along with the activity rewards.
Season Journey & Rank
Do I get the rank rewards?
Yes. Every reward of the completed ranks or reputation track is claimed on your character, plus all loot and gold found on the way.
How does the Heroic Roster work?
The PRO levels one character of each class you do not have yet to level 60 on your account. With five characters the achievement is complete.
Seasonal Event
How long is the event available?
Only while the event is live in the game, so order a few days before it ends to leave time for every run you pick.
Is the event reward guaranteed?
The event charm from Pandemonium is guaranteed. Moophisto drops are random, so the kills are guaranteed but no specific item is.
